What Is Covered

• Loose prongs and stone settings (free tightening)
• Chain and clasp repairs
• Rhodium plating restoration (one complimentary service per year)
• Professional cleaning and polishing

What Is Not Covered

• Damage from normal wear and tear over time
• Accidental damage, loss, or theft
• Alterations by non-authorized jewellers
• Lost or stolen gemstones

How to Claim

To make a warranty claim, please visit any LUSANNE boutique or contact our customer care team. We recommend an annual inspection of your jewellery to maintain warranty coverage.
