30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your LUSANNE piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

• Item must be in its original, unworn condition
• All original packaging and documentation must be included
• Certified pieces must have all certificates intact
• Custom-made and engraved pieces are not eligible for return

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer care team at returns@lusanne.com or call +91 141 402 6789
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Our team will provide a return shipping label and RMA number
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the item back using the provided label
6. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Timeline

• Bank Transfer / UPI: 3–5 business days after processing
• Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days after processing
• Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer within 7 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable. We provide a complimentary return shipping label for domestic returns.
