Every LUSANNE piece begins as a sketch, a vision brought to life by our design team. From the initial concept to the final polish, each creation passes through the hands of at least twelve master artisans.

Our master gem cutters work with precision instruments and centuries-old techniques to reveal the inner fire of each stone. Diamond cutters spend years perfecting their craft, learning to see light and refraction in ways that transform rough crystals into brilliant gems.

The setting process is where metal meets stone in perfect harmony. Our setters use a combination of hand tools and micro-precision equipment to ensure each stone is held securely while allowing maximum light to pass through.

Stone Selection

Only the finest gemstones pass our rigorous quality standards. Each stone is individually graded and certified.

Metal Casting

Using traditional lost-wax casting and modern precision techniques, our metalsmiths create the perfect foundation.

Stone Setting

Master setters carefully place each gemstone by hand, ensuring security and optimal brilliance.

Polishing

Every surface is hand-polished to a mirror finish, then plated with rhodium for lasting brilliance.

Quality Control

Each piece undergoes rigorous inspection before certification — checked for durability, finish, and brilliance.
