Are LUSANNE diamonds certified?

Yes, all our diamonds above 0.10 carats come with a certificate from GIA, IGI, or HRD. The certificate number is laser-inscribed on the diamond and matches the accompanying certification document.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original condition. Custom-made and engraved pieces are not eligible for return. See our full Returns Policy.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to UAE, Singapore, UK, USA, and Canada. International shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout. Delivery takes 5–10 business days with full insurance coverage.

Can I resize my ring after purchase?

Yes, we offer complimentary ring sizing for all LUSANNE rings within the first year. After that, sizing services are available at a nominal charge. Most rings can be resized up to two sizes.

How should I store my jewellery?

Store each piece separately in its LUSANNE box or soft pouch. Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing multiple pieces together to prevent scratching.
